Ingredients

  • Coarse salt (for rimming)
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • Grapefruit wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass and pour salt onto a small plate.
  2. Moisten the rim of the chilled glass with grapefruit juice and gently dip the rim into the salt to coat.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour 2 oz of gin into the glass.
  5. Top with 3 oz of fresh grapefruit juice.
