Ingredients

  • 1 oz club soda
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. In a Collins glass or highball glass, pour in the club soda and set it aside.
  2. In a shaker, combine the gin, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  3. Shake the mixture well for at least 10 seconds.
  4. Open the shaker, add a handful of ice, and shake again vigorously.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared Collins glass and serve.
