Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches
  • 2 basil leaves, chiffonaded
  • 5 oz white wine
  • 1/4 cup St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 1.50 oz club soda

Instructions

  1. Slice the strawberries and peaches.
  2. To chiffonade basil, stack the leaves, roll tightly, then cut perpendicular to the stack.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the strawberries, peaches, basil, white wine, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, ginger beer, and club soda. Stir well.
  4. Refrigerate the sangria for 2-4 hours before serving. Serve cold.
  5. Sangria can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
