Ingredients
- 1/3 orange, chopped
- 1/3 pear, chopped
- 1/3 lemon, 1 chopped, 1 juiced
- 1/2 cup mixed red berries (such as strawberries and cherries), chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- ice
- 5 oz. light red wine
- 1 1/2 oz. Spanish brandy
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped fruit with sugar and cinnamon. Stir to coat and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Fill a large jug with ice. Stir the macerated fruit mixture to dissolve the sugar, then pour into the jug with the wine and brandy.
- Stir well, then top up with sparkling water and serve.
