Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 oz Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Red Wine (Shiraz preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and sugar syrup.
  2. Shake well and strain into a tall glass over ice.
  3. Gently float the red wine on top.
  4. Top off with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  5. Enjoy your drink.
