Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Red and green sprinkles (for the rim)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (substitute with honey or agave for the rim)
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Silk Oat Milk Creamer (substitute with vanilla dairy-free creamer)
- 1 1/2 oz rum (clear or dark both work)
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Add the sprinkles to a small shallow plate and set aside. Spread the maple syrup on a separate plate.
- Dip the martini glass upside down in the maple syrup to coat the rim. Let the syrup run off the rim before placing the rim on the plate with the sprinkles. Make circular motions with the glass to fully coat the rim.
- Stand the martini glass upright and allow the rim to set while you make the rest of the cocktail.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the oat milk creamer, rum, Benedictine, and almond extract to the shaker.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds until there is froth on top.
- Pour the cocktail into the martini glass through a strainer and enjoy!
