Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (separated)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated allulose (or powdered erythritol)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 to 1/2 ounce rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk and low carb sweetener until pale and creamy.
  2. Whisk in the almond milk, cream, vanilla, spices, and your chosen liquor (if using).
