  • 1 tablespoon granulated allulose
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Freshly grated nutmeg or a pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk and granulated allulose until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
  2. Whisk in the almond milk, cream, vanilla, spices, and your chosen liquor (if using).
