- 1 large egg (separated)
- 1 tablespoon granulated allulose
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Freshly grated nutmeg or a pinch of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk and granulated allulose until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
