Sudachi Shochu Twist
A refreshing and complex cocktail featuring shochu, sudachi citrus, sherry, and walnut liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz shochu (preferably Kintaro Mugi Shochu)
- 3/4 oz amontillado sherry (preferably Lustau Amontillado Sherry)
- 1/2 oz walnut liqueur (preferably Rapa Giovanni Ratafia di Andorno)
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz sudachi juice
- 1/2 oz toasted white sesame syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake the mixture with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a twist of lime zest.
