Ingredients

  • 1 oz shochu (preferably Kintaro Mugi Shochu)
  • 3/4 oz amontillado sherry (preferably Lustau Amontillado Sherry)
  • 1/2 oz walnut liqueur (preferably Rapa Giovanni Ratafia di Andorno)
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz sudachi juice
  • 1/2 oz toasted white sesame syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake the mixture with ice.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lime zest.
