Ingredients
- 2 mint leaves, stems removed
- 3/8 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 oz. vodka or clear rum (substitute 6 oz. sparkling water for a mocktail version)
- 6 oz. kombucha (recommend GTS original or ginger)
- Splash of sparkling water
- 1/2 cup ice
- Berries, lime wedge, and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, muddle the mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice until the strawberries form a puree.
- Divide the puree into a cocktail glass.
- Add 6 oz. of kombucha and 2 oz. of vodka or rum into the glass, and a splash of sparkling water. Fill the glass with ice.
- Stir gently and enjoy!
