Ingredients

  • 2 mint leaves, stems removed
  • 3/8 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 oz. vodka or clear rum (substitute 6 oz. sparkling water for a mocktail version)
  • 6 oz. kombucha (recommend GTS original or ginger)
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Berries, lime wedge, and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, muddle the mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice until the strawberries form a puree.
  2. Divide the puree into a cocktail glass.
  3. Add 6 oz. of kombucha and 2 oz. of vodka or rum into the glass, and a splash of sparkling water. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Stir gently and enjoy!
