Ingredients

  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 oz blanco tequila
  • 2-3 oz Topo Chico or other fizzy seltzer water
  • optional: salt for rim, lime wedge

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the strawberries and mint together until well crushed.
  2. Add ice to the top of the glass.
  3. Pour in 1 oz tequila and the juice of half a lime into the glass.
  4. Top with Topo Chico or other fizzy seltzer water. Gently mix with a spoon.
  5. Serve with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
