Ingredients

  • 3-4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 3 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup strawberry soda
  • 1/4 lime, for garnish
  • Margarita salt
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, frozen limeade concentrate, simple syrup, and sparkling water. Blend for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher or punch bowl.
  3. Add tequila, triple sec, and orange juice to the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Mix in the strawberry soda and the remaining sparkling water.
  5. To serve, rub the rim of a serving glass with a lime wedge and dip it into margarita salt. Set aside.
  6. Add ice to the glass and pour the cocktail. Garnish with a lime slice.
