Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 splash brandy
  • 4 cups cool water

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the coffee, 1 cup of water, cardamom pods, and cloves. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool, letting the spices infuse into the liquid.
  2. In a separate bowl or jug, place the condensed milk and pour in the cooled, filtered coffee mixture.
  3. Add 1L of cool water and mix well to combine.
  4. Finish by adding a splash of brandy and vanilla extract, and stir thoroughly.
