Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
- 2 cardamom pods
- 2 cloves
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 4 cups cool water
- ice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, coffee, cardamom pods, and cloves. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool and let the flavors infuse.
- In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk with the cooled, filtered coffee. Stir well.
- Add 1L of cool water and mix thoroughly.
- Add a splash of brandy and vanilla extract, if desired.
- Serve the mixture chilled over ice.
