- 2 2/3 fl oz apple juice or apple cider
- 1 1/3 cups ginger ale (or 2/3 cup ginger ale and 1 1/3 fl oz aged rum)
- Dry ice (optional)
- Candy eyeballs, plastic spiders, gummy worms for garnish
Instructions
- Chill all the ingredients before serving.
- In a punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice blend, apple juice/cider, and ginger ale. For the alcoholic variation, add the aged rum to the mixture.
- Stir the punch well and garnish with dry ice (if using) and optional spooky garnishes.
- If serving the alcoholic punch, ladle out a 1 cup (8 ounce) serving and add 1 to 2 ounces of rum.
- When handling the dry ice, ensure to follow the safety instructions provided. Use tongs to add chunks of dry ice to the punch bowl, creating a smoking effect. Take caution not to drink the dry ice or allow kids to do so.
- For kids, it's best to ladle out punch by skimming off the top, while adults can enjoy a small chunk of dry ice in their glass, ensuring it has fully disappeared before drinking.
