Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons black sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Curaçao
  • 1 tablespoon Cointreau
  • 1 tablespoon Tequila

Instructions

  1. Spread the lemon juice on a plate and the black sugar on another plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne glass into the lemon juice and then into the sugar, then refrigerate the glass.
  3. Add ice cubes to a shaker.
  4. Pour in the Blue Curaçao, Tequila, and Cointreau.
  5. Shake for 30 seconds.
  6. Use a sieve or strainer to pour the cocktail (without ice) into the prepared glass.
  7. Serve immediately.
