Spiked Southern Peach Tea
A refreshing blend of sweet tea, peach nectar, and a splash of whiskey, garnished with fresh peaches and mint.
Ingredients
- 6 small tea bags
- 1 quart water
- 2 cups peach nectar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Your favorite whiskey
- Optional: fresh sliced peaches and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, then remove from heat and add tea bags to steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour the steeped tea into a pitcher with sugar, add the remaining water, and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, covered.
- Once cooled, add peach nectar to the tea and stir well.
- Pour the peach tea over ice, leaving space for 1 shot of whiskey. Stir to combine.
- Optional: Add fresh sliced peaches to the tea and garnish with a mint sprig.
