Ingredients

  • 6 small tea bags
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 cups peach nectar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Your favorite whiskey
  • Optional: fresh sliced peaches and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, then remove from heat and add tea bags to steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the steeped tea into a pitcher with sugar, add the remaining water, and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, covered.
  3. Once cooled, add peach nectar to the tea and stir well.
  4. Pour the peach tea over ice, leaving space for 1 shot of whiskey. Stir to combine.
  5. Optional: Add fresh sliced peaches to the tea and garnish with a mint sprig.
