Ingredients
- 1 large egg, separated
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 2 tbsp bourbon or rye whiskey
- 2 tbsp VS or VSOP cognac
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp dark maple syrup
- 1/4 nutmeg seed, grated
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, rum, whiskey, cognac, heavy cream, and maple syrup until well combined.
