Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, separated
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 2 tbsp bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 2 tbsp VS or VSOP cognac
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dark maple syrup
  • 1/4 nutmeg seed, grated
