Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.50 oz simple syrup
- 0.50 oz green Chartreuse
- 1 tsp cilantro-cucumber puree
- 2 slices jalapeño, seeds removed
- Cilantro leaf for garnish
- Cucumber ribbon for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Gently muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker to release their essential oils without making the drink too spicy.
- Add the gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, green Chartreuse, and cilantro-cucumber puree to the shaker.
