  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili pepper
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk on low flame for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chocolate and stir until melted.
  3. Incorporate the heavy cream, condensed milk, and spices, then heat for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the tequila.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bottle and refrigerate.
  6. When serving, shake and pour through a strainer.
