Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 4.50 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice (from 3/4 large grapefruit), spent skins reserved
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a coupe glass by running the squeezed grapefruit skin around the rim.
  2. Dip the moistened rim of the glass into the kosher salt, ensuring an even layer of salt sticks to the rim, and set the glass aside.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
