Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1/4 cup fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 oz club soda
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 fresno chili, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- To prepare the Chili-Infused Simple Syrup, combine sugar and water in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer until sugar dissolves. Add chili slices and let steep until cooled, then refrigerate.
- When ready to make the cocktail, mix tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and chili-infused simple syrup in a pitcher.
- Combine sugar and salt on a plate, then rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip into the sugar-salt mix.
- Fill each glass with ice and pour in the cocktail mixture until 3/4 full.
- Top off each glass with club soda and garnish with lime and grapefruit slices.
