Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum or vodka
  • 0.50 oz Pimm's No. 1
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
  • Ice
  • 1 oz chilled 7-Up
  • Thin lemon wheels, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine white rum or vodka, Pimm's No. 1, fresh lemon juice, Simple Syrup, and Tabasco in a large resealable container.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled, for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cover the container tightly and shake the mixture.
  4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice-filled pitcher.
  5. Strain the mixture into ice-filled rocks glasses.
  6. Stir in the 7-Up.
  7. Garnish with thin lemon wheels if desired.
