Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 cup Apple Juice
  • 2 Tbsps Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Honey
  • Orange Slices
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Orange Peel (zested)
  • A small pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2-3 Cardamom Pods

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the honey and orange juice, and boil until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy.
  2. Add the mulling spices and all the other juices to the pot, bring to a boil, and then simmer for five minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to rest for 2 hours, allowing the spices to infuse.
  4. Strain the spice-infused mixture, reserving the cinnamon stick, orange slices, and star anise for garnishing into the glasses.
  5. Ladle the mocktail into glasses and add the reserved garnishes before serving.
