Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 2 Tbsps Orange Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Honey
- Orange Slices
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Star Anise
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/4 tsp Dried Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Orange Peel (zested)
- A small pinch of Nutmeg
- 2-3 Cardamom Pods
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the honey and orange juice, and boil until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy.
- Add the mulling spices and all the other juices to the pot, bring to a boil, and then simmer for five minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to rest for 2 hours, allowing the spices to infuse.
- Strain the spice-infused mixture, reserving the cinnamon stick, orange slices, and star anise for garnishing into the glasses.
- Ladle the mocktail into glasses and add the reserved garnishes before serving.
