Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup amber maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1-inch cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 (12-ounce) can LaCroix Sparkling Water Beach Plum, chilled
  • 3 whole, fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine maple syrup, cranberry juice, 1 sprig of rosemary, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Simmer for about 5 minutes until combined and fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely. Once cooled, remove and discard the rosemary, cinnamon, and cloves.
  3. Thread 3 cranberries onto the remaining rosemary sprigs to create the garnish.
  4. When ready to serve, pour the spiced maple and cranberry mixture into a Champagne coupe, about 1 ounce per glass.
  5. Top off the glass with about 3 to 4 ounces of LaCroix Beach Plum and add the cranberry-rosemary garnish.
