Ingredients
- 1/2 oz ginger syrup
- 1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
- 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz Barr Hill Gin
- 1/2 egg white (pasteurized)
Instructions
- Combine ginger syrup, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, Barr Hill Gin, and pasteurized egg white in a shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients (shake without ice) vigorously for about 20 seconds until the egg emulsifies and forms a white foam.
- Pour the mixture over ice in a serving glass.
