  • 1 1/2 oz Barr Hill Gin
  • 1/2 egg white (pasteurized)

Instructions

  1. Combine ginger syrup, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, Barr Hill Gin, and pasteurized egg white in a shaker.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients vigorously for about 20 seconds until the egg emulsifies and forms a white foam.
