Instructions
- Combine ginger syrup, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, Barr Hill Gin, and pasteurized egg white in a shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients vigorously for about 20 seconds until the egg emulsifies and forms a white foam.
- Pour the mixture over ice in a glass.
