Ingredients

  • 1 cup Club Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint Leaves for Garnish
  • Lemon Slice for Garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine brown sugar, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, cumin seeds powder, black pepper, chaat masala, black salt, salt, ginger, and 1/4 cup of water. Blend until sugar is dissolved and the mixture forms a smooth liquid.
  2. Strain the mixture into a small bowl.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture into a serving glass.
  4. Add mint leaves, a lemon slice, and crushed ice or ice cubes to the glass.
  5. Just before serving, pour the club soda over the mixture.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
  7. Serve chilled and fresh.
