Ingredients
- 1 cup Club Soda
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Pinch of Chaat Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- Pinch of Salt
- Ice Cubes
- Fresh Mint Leaves for Garnish
- Lemon Slice for Garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine brown sugar, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, cumin seeds powder, black pepper, chaat masala, black salt, salt, ginger, and 1/4 cup of water. Blend until sugar is dissolved and the mixture forms a smooth liquid.
- Strain the mixture into a small bowl.
- Pour the prepared mixture into a serving glass.
- Add mint leaves, a lemon slice, and crushed ice or ice cubes to the glass.
- Just before serving, pour the club soda over the mixture.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
- Serve chilled and fresh.
