Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry cranberries
  • 2 tbsp organic pear nectar
  • 4 oz Moscato d'Asti wine
  • 1 small sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place the dry cranberries in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Let them soak for about 15 minutes, then drain, pat dry, and refrigerate until serving.
  2. Divide the organic pear nectar into a tall champagne glass.
  3. Add the soaked cranberries to the glass.
  4. Carefully pour the Moscato d'Asti wine into the glass.
