Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. moonshine
  • 4 oz. sparkling water
  • 2 oz. Champagne
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or large glass, muddle the peach, basil, and confectioners' sugar using a muddler or the back of a spoon.
  2. Add ice to the shaker or glass.
  3. Pour in the lime juice and moonshine, and stir well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top off with sparkling water and Champagne.
  6. Garnish with a basil leaf.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
