Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1/3 cup Apple Juice
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Orange slices
- 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Star Anise
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon Orange Zest
- A small pinch of Nutmeg
- 2 Cardamom Pods
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the orange juice and honey, then heat until it thickens and becomes syrupy.
- Add the mulling spices and all the fruit juices. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for five minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to rest for 2 hours to let the spices infuse.
- Strain the spice-infused mixture, reserving some of the cinnamon stick, orange slices, and star anise for garnishing in the serving glasses.
- Ladle the mocktail into the glasses and add the garnishes before serving.
