Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1/3 cup Apple Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Orange slices
  • 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • A small pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2 Cardamom Pods

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the orange juice and honey, then heat until it thickens and becomes syrupy.
  2. Add the mulling spices and all the fruit juices. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for five minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to rest for 2 hours to let the spices infuse.
  4. Strain the spice-infused mixture, reserving some of the cinnamon stick, orange slices, and star anise for garnishing in the serving glasses.
  5. Ladle the mocktail into the glasses and add the garnishes before serving.
