A refreshing and flavorful punch featuring a blend of pear nectar, vodka, peated scotch, and a hint of smoky thyme.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Northern Keep Vodka
- 0.25 oz Islay Peated Scotch (Laphroaig used here)
- 1.25 oz Pear Nectar
- 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup (*)
- 4 Smoked Thyme Leaves
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Strain the punch into a separate pitcher and refrigerate it, covered, until serving.
- When serving, pour the punch over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of slightly smoked thyme.
