Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz pepper-infused vodka
- 1/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz tomato juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Pinch of smoked Spanish paprika
- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
- Lime twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the vodka, vermouth, tomato juice, lime juice, salt, and smoked paprika. Stir vigorously until the outside of the glass is beaded with sweat and frosty.
- On a small plate, combine the salt, smoked paprika, and sugar. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with the lime juice and dip the rim in the salt mixture. Tap off any excess.
- Strain the drink into the martini glass and garnish with the lime twist.
