Smoky Spice Infusion

This complex and aromatic bourbon cocktail gets its unique, smoky flavor from the infusion of Aztec chocolate and cardamom bitters. The bitters are smoked in a Turkish coffee pot, creating an intriguing sensory experience that complements the rich flavors of Blanton's bourbon, Cocchi Barolo chinato, and Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao.
