Ingredients

  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz mezcal
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh egg white (optional)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 oz simple syrup, agave syrup, or pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, mezcal, lemon juice, egg white, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 20 seconds.
  3. Add a few ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds until well chilled.
