Smoky Ginger Penicillin

This cocktail, originally created in 2005 by Sam Ross in NYC, has quickly become a bartender favorite due to its sweet-sour balance and the use of two different Scotch whiskies. The addition of smoky single malt enhances the flavor profile, making it a must-try for whisky enthusiasts. The refreshing citrus notes from lemon juice combined with the warmth of ginger syrup and the richness of honey create a well-rounded and complex flavor. The garnish of fresh ginger adds a final touch of aromatic appeal.
