- 0.50 fl.oz simple syrup
- 0.25 fl.oz smoked vodka infusion
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 3 tbsp lapsang tea leaves
- 1 tsp smoked peppercorns
Instructions
- Infuse the vodka two days in advance by mixing the tea leaves and smoked peppercorns in a jar and allowing it to sit for two days before straining.
