Ingredients

  • 2.50 fl.oz bourbon
  • 0.50 fl.oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 fl.oz smoked vodka infusion
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 tbsp lapsang tea leaves
  • 1 tsp smoked peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Infuse the vodka two days in advance by mixing the tea leaves and smoked peppercorns in a jar and allowing it to sit for two days before straining.
  2. Lightly muddle the rosemary in a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Add the infused vodka, bourbon, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  5. Shake the mixture well.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass over a large ice globe.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
