Ingredients

  • 2 oz jalapeño-infused vodka
  • 1 oz chipotle pineapple syrup
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the jalapeño-infused vodka, chipotle pineapple syrup, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and most of the mint leaves (reserving one for garnish) to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously.
