Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin or vodka
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Peels from 1 orange
  • Peels from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 oz Mata Bianco vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Dolin Dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish: lemon peel and olive

Instructions

  1. Combine gin (or vodka), olive oil, and citrus peels in a container and stir well.
  2. Let the mixture infuse overnight, allowing the olive oil to solidify in the fridge or freezer.
  3. Strain the liquor to remove the fat cap and citrus peels, then store in a new container.
  4. In a shaker tin, combine the citrus-and-olive oil washed spirit, vermouths, and orange bitters.
  5. Add ice, stir well, and strain into a coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel and olive.
