Ingredients

  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 1.50 oz Absolut Vodka
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz lychée syrup (from a can of lychée)
  • Lychée and mint, to garnish
  • Ginger beer (and soda water, optional), to top

Instructions

  1. Gently muddle mint leaves and vodka in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, lemon juice, and lychée syrup to the shaker and shake well.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
  4. Top with ginger beer and soda water to taste.
  5. Skewer a lychée onto a cocktail stick and place a small sprig of mint in its center to garnish.
