Shanghai Lychée Mule
A refreshing and exotic twist on the classic Moscow mule, the Shanghai Lychée Mule combines the zing of ginger beer with the sweetness of lychée syrup, creating a delightful fusion of flavors.
Ingredients
- Handful of mint leaves
- 1.50 oz Absolut Vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz lychée syrup (from a can of lychée)
- Lychée and mint, to garnish
- Ginger beer (and soda water, optional), to top
Instructions
- Gently muddle mint leaves and vodka in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, lemon juice, and lychée syrup to the shaker and shake well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
- Top with ginger beer and soda water to taste.
- Skewer a lychée onto a cocktail stick and place a small sprig of mint in its center to garnish.
