Ingredients

  • 3 oz. chilled Champagne, Prosecco, or your favorite sparkling wine
  • 1/2 - 1 cup pulp-free orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Blue Curacao

Instructions

  1. Pour the orange juice into a champagne flute, filling it 1/3 of the way.
  2. Add a splash of Blue Curacao to the champagne flute and gently mix with a straw or spoon.
  3. Slowly fill the rest of the glass with your favorite sparkling wine.
