Ingredients

  • 2 shots of espresso or 2/3 cup of coffee
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 4-5 oz ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix the hot espresso or coffee with the sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Chill the glass by swirling an ice cube around the sides, then remove the cube and any melted water.
  3. Place the remaining ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and pour the sweetened coffee over the ice.
  4. Shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes, ensuring the ice cubes don't completely melt.
  5. Pour into a glass, add a few coffee beans for decoration, and enjoy immediately.
