Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 0.50 ounces strawberry jello
  • 0.75 cups vanilla vodka
  • ice
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • 1 strawberry (with the top cut off)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Stir the strawberry jello into the boiling water until the jello is completely dissolved.
  3. Measure out the vanilla vodka in a glass 2 cup measuring cup. Add ice until it measures 1 1/4 cups.
  4. Pour the vodka into the dissolved jello and stir until the ice cubes are melted.
  5. Pour the mixture into plastic shot glasses.
  6. Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator for 90 minutes or until the jello is solidified.
  7. Top each jello shot with whipped cream, a strawberry, and a dot of additional whipped cream.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
