Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Persian lime olive oil-washed gin (preferably Bombay Sapphire)
- 1 1/3 oz sugar snap pea-infused blanc vermouth (preferably Dolin Blanc)
- 1/4 oz verjus
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a few drops of the olive oil saved from the wash.
