Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Bacardi 8 rum
  • 3/4 ounce sage-infused dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce chamomile syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Rabarbaro
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 sage leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a Collins glass, combine all ingredients except the Amaro Rabarbaro.
  2. Add crushed ice and swizzle the mixture to combine.
  3. Top with more crushed ice.
  4. Float the Amaro Rabarbaro on top.
  5. Garnish with two sage leaves.
