Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Bacardi 8 rum
  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth infused with sage
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce chamomile syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Rabarbaro
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 sage leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a Collins glass, mix the rum, sage-infused vermouth, pineapple juice, and chamomile syrup.
  2. Add crushed ice and swizzle well to combine the ingredients.
