Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz The Botanist Gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 5-7 sage leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz prosecco
  • 1 1/2 oz soda water
  • lemon wheel (for garnish)
  • sage sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place sage leaves and lemon juice in a highball glass and gently muddle.
  2. Add The Botanist Gin and elderflower liqueur to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, then top with prosecco and soda water.
  4. Quickly stir to combine the ingredients.
