Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Tanqueray Gin
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 4 fresh sage leaves (3 for sage-infused simple syrup, 1 for garnish)
  • 1 ounce sage-infused simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
