Ingredients
- 2 ounces sage-infused tequila
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce Agave in the Raw
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt or cocktail salt
- 1 sprig sage, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine fresh sage leaves and tequila in an air-tight container, then let it steep in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days.
- If desired, rim a rocks glass with flaky sea salt by rubbing the rim with a lime wedge and dipping it into the salt.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
- In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine the infused tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave nectar, then shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
