Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz The Botanist Gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 5-7 sage leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz prosecco
  • 1 1/2 oz soda water
  • 1 lemon wheel (garnish)
  • 1 sage sprig (garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, muddle sage leaves with lemon juice.
  2. Add The Botanist Gin and elderflower liqueur.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Top with prosecco and soda water.
